Write to support@jijilabsdigital.com and include your macOS version and SHIPSAFE version. Please never send API keys or other secrets.

Quick start

1. Open SHIPSAFE from Applications on an Apple silicon Mac running macOS 13 or later.
2. Choose Folder. Select the project you want to review. SHIPSAFE asks for read-only access to that folder.
3. Scan Project. The scan runs locally on your Mac. AI help stays off unless you turn it on.
4. Review evidence. Open each finding, check its file and line, then export the report when you are ready.

A folder cannot be scanned

Check that the folder still exists and that you picked it with Choose Folder. If macOS access changed, pick the folder again.

A finding needs more context

Treat every finding as evidence to review, not an automatic verdict. Look at the code it points to before you decide.

A scan does not start

Quit and reopen SHIPSAFE, then pick the project again. If it still fails, email us with your macOS version and SHIPSAFE version.

Purchases

SHIPSAFE is free on the Mac App Store, with an optional in-app purchase. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple: use reportaproblem.apple.com. To restore a purchase, use Restore Purchases in the app.

Limits

SHIPSAFE helps you review a release. It does not guarantee that software is secure, bug-free, compliant, or accepted by any store. Findings need your judgment, and the release decision stays yours.
